1. All sales are FINAL. Please read the descriptions of products and T&C very carefully + ask as many questions as you want BEFORE purchasing of products is made.
2. Items SOLD are new unless stated otherwise. They are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable.
3. Responsibility is NOT upon me for any loss or damage incurred during shipping and handling.
4. For READY STOCK products, a FULL PAYMENT must be made within three (3) days once a reservation is made, or else I will open it back to other buyers.
5. For TO-ARRIVE products, a 50% deposit or full payment based on your preference is needed to entitle for the ordered products (a confirmation email will be sent to you for final piece of entitlement). Once arrived in Malaysia, you will be notified by email/sms for the remaining balance to be paid within seven (7) days. Product(s) is ready to ship out once payment is received.
6. Serious buyers only. Payment/deposit is not refundable if a cancellation is made.
*READY STOCK means the products are in Malaysia and ready to be sold/shipped.
*TO-ARRIVE means the products are in our belonging but still in the US. Just waiting to be reserved and shipped after confirmation.
